We had a booking at this hotel, but when we arrived, the receptionist said that the hotel had some damages due to the storm the night before, so we had to go to the Grand Chancellor, approximately 300 meters away on Hindley Street. Luckily we stayed only one night as the hotel was crazy at night with people screaming and chasing in the hallways. Other than that everything was fine.

**Review: Sofitel Adelaide**
I’m giving it a solid 9/10—only missing a point because there’s no bathtub! Other than that, everything is absolutely spot on. I’m a sucker for gorgeous, spotless spaces, and this hotel caters and feeds my OCD beautifully and in the best way possible. It’s incredibly clean, elegant, and serene—definitely a place I’ll return to!

Adequate room for a stay of 4 nights. Had a difficult time with some of the front desk staff who didn't have very good listening skills when we needed help receiving a parcel being sent to us at the hotel.
A dinner meal received via room service was unpalatable - would have been better off going to Hungry Jack's down the road.
